DADDY'S MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. meal
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3 sm. Jalapenos, finely diced
1 c. sharp cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in one 12 inch iron skillet at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. May also be baked in two 8 inch pans for 30 to 45 minutes.
