MEXICAN CORNBREAD WITH JALAPENO 
1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 eggs
1 can cream style corn

NOTE: Soda is mixed in sweet milk 1 lg. onion, finely chopped 4-5 jalapeno peppers, chopped 1/2 lb. cheese (cheddar) Can use banana peppers
