HOLIDAY CRUNCH (Macaroni
Goulash)
 
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup, 10 3/4 oz.
1 can tomatoes, chopped, 14 1/2 oz.
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Salt and pepper
1 can French Fried Onion Rings, 3 oz.

Cook macaroni, drain. Brown beef. Combine all ingredients except onion rings. Pour half the mixture into a 2 quart casserole sprayed with PAM. Add 1/2 can onions. Pour remaining mixture over onions. Top with remaining onions. Cover. Bake for 50 minute at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.
