VINEGAR PIE 
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs, reserving whites for frosting
1 c. sugar
2 lg. tbsp. flour

Add flour to sugar and beat egg yolks; add to sugar and flour; add a little cold water; beat thoroughly. Add to boiling water; stir constantly until thickened. Cool. Flavor with lemon flavor, add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoon butter. This makes 1 pie. If eggs are small, use 3.
