1 egg
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. boiling water
1 baked pie shell
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar

Mix sugar and flour together. Add boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Add beaten egg. Cook 2 minutes. Add lemon and vinegar. Put in pie shell. Cool.
