POTATO CASSEROLE 
Potatoes, peeled and sliced round
Lg. onion, sliced round

Layer potatoes and onions in a microwave-safe microwave casserole dish. On top of potatoes and onions, sprinkle parsley, garlic powder and 1/2 stick butter. Cheese may also be used, but it is optional. Add a 1/2 inch of water to bottom of dish. Cook 15 minutes in microwave. Turn dish and cook an additional 15 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
