48 lg. marshmallows 1 1/4 c. double strength coffee 1 c. whipped cream Grated chocolate HINT: Need a quick dessert? Try Coffee Marshmallow Mousse. Just heat 48 large marshmallows with 1 1/4 cups double strength coffee and stir until marshmallows are melted. Turn into a medium bowl and chill until thickened (about 20 minutes). Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream and chill until ready to serve. Garnish with grated chocolate. |
