CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. lean pork steak, diced
1/2 lb. beef round steak, diced
1 med. onion, cut up
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. med. noodles, cooked until tender
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Crushed potato chips

Brown the meat; add onion and celery and simmer until tender. Spread meat mixture in a shallow glass baking dish. Add in layers the bean sprouts, mushroom soup, cooked noodles, and chicken soup.

Sprinkle with soy sauce and top the dish with crushed potato chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
