ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
6 sm. potatoes, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash garlic salt
2 c. beef bouillon

Brown steak in butter. Remove from pan. Saute onion in drippings until lightly browned. In a shallow baking dish layer half of meat, onion, potatoes and carrots. Season with salt and pepper and garlic salt. Repeat layers. Pour bouillon over all. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Add more bouillon if necessary. Makes 4-6 servings.
