STEAK AND BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. round steak 1 (16 oz.) can green beans with liquid 1 env. dry onion soup mix 6 sm. potatoes Cut round steak into 6 servings; dredge with flour and brown quickly in small amount of fat. Place stead in 2 1/2 quart casserole; add potatoes, peeled and quartered. Sprinkle with onion soup. Pour green beans with liquid overall; cover and bake in slow oven (275 degrees) about 2 1/2 hours. |
