WIENER BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes, diced
6 wieners, sliced
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 med. onion
2 c. cooked or canned green beans, drained

Cook potatoes until just tender; drain. Meanwhile, put milk, mayonnaise, flour, salt, mustard, pepper and onion in blender. Pour over rest of ingredients. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
