1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg

Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix well, place heaping teaspoon of mixture evenly spaced 2 inches apart on cookie baking sheet pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10-11 minutes.

Makes approximately 18 cookies. Cookies can be mixed, baked and placed on cooling rack in 15 minutes.
