CHRISTMAS SALAD 
2 boxes raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 cored unpeeled apples
2 c. raw cranberries
1 orange
1 c. sugar

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add cold water and set aside to partially set. Wash and core apples; peel orange and remove excess pulp, then grind apples, orange, and cranberries with the orange rind. Add sugar to the ground fruit and allow to set until mixture draws juice. Then fold fruit into the Jello. Take grapes which have been halved and seeded and nuts may be added, if desired. Allow to set until firm.
