BLUEBERRY CAKE | |
1 angel food cake (either bought or homemade) 1 (12 oz.) can blueberry pie filling 1 pkg. Dream Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract Split cake into 3 layers. Spread pie filling between layers. Reassemble the layers and frost. For frosting make Dream Whip as directed on package. Blend in ream cheese, confectioners' sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Frost sides and top of cake. Makes plenty of frosting. Yield: 12 servings. |
