KEVIN'S FAVORITE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust
1 (14 oz.) can sweet condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix in blender the cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add sweet condensed milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill until firm or overnight.

HOMEMADE SWEET CONDENSED MILK:

1 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Dissolve milk and sugar in hot water. Add butter. Mix and blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator until thick.
