36-40 ears corn, cut corn off cob
1 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. half & half
A little water as desired
Salt to taste

Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Stir occasionally. Cool until ice cold. Freeze. Stays fresh in freezer.
