GUACAMOLE SALAD 
1/2 head Romaine lettuce, rinsed & drained
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, rinsed & drained
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted & sliced
2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 c. pitted, sliced black olives
1/4 c. sliced green onions
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. corn chips

DRESSING:

1 ripe avocado, peeled & pitted
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Line a serving bowl with Romaine lettuce. Break iceberg lettuce into small pieces and add to serving bowl. Add avocado, tomatoes, olives and green onions to lettuce in bowl.

For Dressing: Cut avocado into chunks. Mash avocado with an electric mixer, blend or by hand. Add lemon juice, sour cream, oil, garlic, sugar, chili powder, salt and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth.

Pour avocado dressing over lettuce mixture; toss to coat. Top with cheese and corn chips. Serve immediately.
