CHILLED GUACAMOLE SOUP 
2 lg. avocados, peeled and seeded
3 med. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Hot pepper sauce
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
Salt
Few drops of green food color (optional)
4 to 6 oz. vodka (optional)

Cut 1 avocado in chunks and place in blender container. Add tomatoes, green pepper, celery, green onion, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce to taste. Blend until smooth. Add broth and salt to taste, blend well.

Add food color, if desired. Chill thoroughly. Using a melon baller, cut remaining avocado into balls and add to soup. If desired, serve each guest with a jigger of vodka to mix into the soup.
