CHILLED STRAWBERRY SOUP 
1 qt. ripe strawberries
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. yogurt
1/4 c. galvados
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt

Reserve 5-6 strawberries for garnish. Blend together all but sour cream in short bursts. May become frothy if blended for long periods. Refrigerate 1 hour more. Garnish each serving with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt and a strawberry.
