CHILLED STRAWBERRY SOUP 
1 qt. strawberries, cleaned with hulls removed
2 c. sour cream
2 c. half and half
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. dry white wine

May use 2 pounds frozen whole strawberries, thawed or 4 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries in syrup, omit sugar in recipe.

Place strawberries in a blender or food processor and process until well blended. Remove to bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill several hours or overnight. Makes 2 quarts.
