SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 c. raw rice
1 can water
Grated cheddar cheese

Brown sausage. Add celery, onion and pepper. Saute. Put the next four ingredients into a 13 x 9 inch casserole pan and mix well. Add sausage mixture and bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1 hour. Add cheddar cheese (sprinkled on top). Bake 5 more minutes.
