GRILLED CORN WITH CHIVES 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh chopped chives (or parsley)
Fresh corn in the husk

Mix butter, juice and chives and refrigerate until ready to use. Peel back husks of the corn but don't remove. Remove all the silk, spread each ear with the chive butter. Rewrap the ears with the husks and then wrap each ear in foil. Grill, turning often about 25 minutes. Try this at your next BBQ!
