3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
Approx. 4 slices dry bread, cubed
2 c. diced rhubarb

Beat eggs. Add sugar, rhubarb and bread. Stir and top with cinnamon and a little butter. Bake at 350 degrees in an 8 x 8 inch pan for approximately 45 minutes.
