ICE BOX CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand (or homemade recipe in this book)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. sugar (if desired)
1 carton Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Punch holes in top while still hot. Pour Eagle Brand milk over cake; then cool. Spread on 1 can drained, crushed pineapple (sweetened with 1 tablespoon sugar, if desired). Sprinkle coconut over cake. Pour and spread on 1 carton of Cool Whip then add more coconut. Store in the ice box.
