COOL WHIP ICE - BOX CAKE OR
STRAWBERRY DELIGHT
 
1 reg. size box strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries (add sugar of berries or unsweetened)
1 thawed (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 reg. size Angel Food cake

Mix Jello and boiling water. Add strawberries, fold in Cool Whip (do not beat).

Break up Angel Food cake in small pieces and put in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan or Bundt pan. Add 1/2 Jello mix. Place rest of broken cake on top and mixture of Jello and Cool Whip. Strawberries and cake make 2 layers with mixture on top.

Cool at least 2 hours in the ice box (4 hours if possible), before cutting and serving. Leave a few strawberries to decorate top of cake. Cake is light and delicious.
