HAMBURG-BEAN RING 
1 lb. ground beef, lean
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can pork and beans (16 oz.)
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
2 ribs celery, chop
1 can condensed tomato soup

Combine in two quart casserole, mix well to blend the meat, beaten egg, salt and pepper. Press mixture around edges in a "ring". "Dump" in center of meat pork and beans over beans, place onion, bell pepper and celery. Lastly, pour over all, making sure that vegetables are covered tomato soup. Cover casserole with lid or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour or until vegetables are tender, cut or spoon out in wedges so everyone gets some of everything. 6 servings.
