CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. can cream style corn 1 lg. can whole kernel corn 1 Jiffy box cornbread mix 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sour cream 2 eggs, lightly beaten (add last) Can use "Gladiola" or other mix. Mix all ingredients, adding eggs last. bake in 13"x9"x2" casserole dish at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Can also be baked in two smaller casserole dishes. |
