EASY MEXICAN PORK CHOPS
4 pork chops
4 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 tsp. vegetable oil
salsa (if desired for topping)

Place taco seasoning in a Ziploc style sandwich bag. Place each pork chop in the bag one-by-one and shake so that the seasoning is easily distributed.

Note: You may find it more convenient to rub the seasoning on both sides of the pork chops.

Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat and brush the skillet with vegetable oil. Add the seasoned pork chops and cook them for 7 to 8 minutes, turning once, until their are evenly browned.

Place the salsa (if using) on top of the pork chops, serve and enjoy!

Serve with your favorite side, such as rice, corn, etc.

Serves 4.
