CHRISTY'S EASY PARMESAN CRUSTED
PORK CHOPS
 
These are fantastic and very easy!

4 (1/2-inch) cut pork chops (use what size you want)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
2 large eggs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preheat oil over medium heat. Rinse chops and pat dry with paper towels.

Mix all dry ingredients together in breading tray.

Whisk eggs. Cover chops with egg.

Roll and cover with mixed ingredients.

Place into skillet, cooking for about 20 minutes (depending on chop size), turning half way through.
