EASY BBQ PORK CHOPS 
5 to 6 pork chops
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Sprinkle salt in frying pan. Add chops and brown using no fat. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl and pour over chops. Cover. Turn heat to lowest setting and simmer 1 hour or until tender. You can substitute spare ribs for pork chops.
