RAW RHUBARB CAKE 
4 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. sugar

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Grease the pan and flour it. Fold rhubarb into flour mixture. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. You may use apples, if you want.
