REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can drained sauerkraut
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, break into sm. pieces
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 slices tomatoes
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Put sauerkraut in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Top with corned beef, then shredded cheese. Combine salad and Thousand Island dressing, spread over cheese. Top with tomato slices, set aside.

Put butter into small glass bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir in bread crumbs and sprinkle over tomato slices. Microwave on (roast) 7 for 13 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
