GARDEN CLUB VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-all, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter

Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with buttered crumbs and return to oven for about 15 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
