NO-BAKE CLUB DESSERT | |
CRUST: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Pat into 9x13-inch pan. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes. FILLING: 2 cups confectioners' sugar 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs (or equivalent such as Egg Beaters) Mix confectioners' sugar, softened butter, vanilla and eggs (or pasteurized equivalent) and beat until fluffy. Spread over crust. FRUIT LAYER: 4 bananas, sliced 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained Slice bananas over batter. Spread with drained pineapple. TOPPING: 2 cups sliced strawberries 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip chopped nuts, for sprinkling Top with sliced strawberries, Cool Whip and chopped nuts. |
