PICKLED EGGS 
1 c. vinegar (tarragon)
1 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
12 hard-boiled eggs

Mix all ingredients. Heat to boiling state. Pour over eggs in a jar. Cover and let set 2 or 3 days.
