CHOCOLATE ICE BOX PUDDING 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. German sweet chocolate
2 pkg. lady fingers
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add sugar. Then well beaten egg yolks. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Split lady fingers. Line bottom and sides of a 9 inch casserole dish with lady fingers. Add a layer of chocolate. Then a layer of lady fingers alternate until the pudding is used up. A final layer of lady fingers on top. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 8-10 servings. Fat City!
