ICE BOX PUDDING 
1 egg, well beaten
2 c. crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. thin cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
Pinch salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, cream, nuts, pineapple, and salt. Beat thoroughly.

Fill large bowl, casserole, or mold with alternate layers of vanilla wafers and pineapple cream mixture having the top layer the cream mixture. Place in refrigerator overnight. Can be served with whipped cream, Cool Whip, or pineapple slices.

My two males like marshmallows on top. Fattening? You had better belive it!
