FRUIT CRISP 
4-6 apples, any fruit in season can be used (rhubarb, cherries, peaches, pears, apricots)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. whole wheat or 1/2 c. white & 1/2 c. whole wheat
1/2 c. butter
Whipped cream
Cinnamon & coconut

Wash, core and slice apples or prepare other fruits. Arrange in greased pan 9 x 13 inch. Mix sugar and flour together. Cut in butter until pea-sized lumps. Add sugar to apple mixture by sprinkling on top with cinnamon. Then sprinkle on flour and sugar topping. Bake 15-30 minutes depending on fruit used at 375 degrees. Serve plain or topped with milk, cream or whipped cream. Double this for family of 6.
