MOM'S FRUIT CRISP 
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt
6 c. fruit of choice, cut up
Cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. tapioca

Mix first 5 ingredients. Sparsely cover bottom of 9x13 pan with portion of mixture. Layer fruit in pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and tapioca over fruit (additional brown sugar optional). Cover with rest of dry mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-50 minutes or until fruit is soft.
