FRESH FRUIT CRISP 
6 fruit, any kind (example: apple, peeled and sliced)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter

Arrange apple slices in greased baking dish. Mix sugar, lemon juice, and almond extract. Spoon over apples.

Combine flour, salt, and brown sugar in mixing bowl. Cut in butter with fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
