PINEAPPLE TORTE 
1/2 pkg. yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. can pineapple, crushed, drained
Med. Cool Whip
Coconut

Blend cream cheese with milk slowly until smooth. Add pudding mix and blend until thick. Pour over cooled cake. Sprinkle with coconut and the drained pineapple. Spread with Cool Whip. Mix cake as instructed but for 1/2 box.
