STEAMED ASPARAGUS 
1/4 lb. asparagus
1/2 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Prepare a steamer with boiling water. Add asparagus; cover and steam for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Toss with butter and season to taste. Also good for broccoli or cauliflower.

This was great and I changed one thing second time. After steaming I drizzled with EVOO and ground some sea salt on top instead of butter. I used to ONLY eat asparagus with mayo... no more! So simple!
