BLENDER CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick

Put in blender and blend 3 minutes at low speed. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes before baking. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut on top (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
