4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl mix eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix in flour and stir well. Add milk and stir well. Pour all ingredients into greased and floured 9" pie pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
