BAKED CUSTARD 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Sweet-n-Low = 6 tsp. sugar
2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine eggs and sweetener. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and stir. Pour mixture into 4 custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups in baking pan. Pour hot water around them to almost the height of the custard. Bake 30 minutes until a knife near the edge of the cup comes out clean. Cool on a rack. Chill. (Custard will set as it cools.)

Equals: 1/2 protein, 1/2 milk. Total calories: 87 per serving. Yields: 4 servings.
