LOW FAT OATMEAL COOKIES 
Beat until stiff:

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt

Gradually fold in:

1 1/2 c. granulated sugar

Then fold in:

2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Moisten with:

2 tbsp. skim milk

Drop from teaspoon onto Pam sprayed or foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Yield 4 dozen.
