BARBECUED SHORT RIBS 
3 lb. short ribs, 2-3 inch pieces
2 tbsp. fat
1 med. onion, minced
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt

Brown ribs in fat, add onion and cook until tender. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.
