THREE CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS 
12 Jumbo shells
1 beaten egg
1 - 12 oz container cottage cheese
1/2 c mozzarella cheese
1-14 oz can stewed tomatoes
1- 8 oz can tomato sauce

Cook pasta shells about 18 minutes or until tender, but still firm (drain). Cool. Stir together egg, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Spoon into cooled shells. Arrange in a 2 qt square baking dish. Combine stewed tomatoes (undrained) and sauce. Pour over shells in baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes (covered) or 25-30 minutes (uncovered) or until heated through.
