BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. stew beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 pt. sour cream

Combine 1-inch beef cubes and all other ingredients EXCEPT CREAM in large covered casserole. Bake covered 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Add sour cream. Bake covered 30 minutes longer. OPTIONAL: 4 oz. mushrooms. Serve on rice or egg noodles. Serves 4-6.
