SHEET CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Prepare cake mix according to directions and bake in jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet with sides) for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix instant pudding with milk and cream cheese, and spread over warm cake.

TOPPING:

2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
3 pkg. Dream Whip (I use Cool Whip)
Nuts, chopped (optional)

Drain cans of pineapple and sprinkle fruit over the pudding mix. Whip Dream Whip and cover top of cake. Sprinkle chopped nuts in Dream Whip (not Cool Whip) if desired. Refrigerate and chill well before serving.

I myself have used bananas (dip in lemon juice to keep from discoloring), peaches, cherries, blueberries. Always come back for seconds!
